Homemade Cakes
*32nd Homemade Cakes Contest: From 4 p.m.
*32nd Homemade Cakes Contest: From 4 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. on La Rambla – Carrer Major.
To take part, entries must be submitted from 4 to 5 p.m. You can enter with sponge cakes-pastries of all varieties – flans -puddings and fritters. Once submitted, they become the property of the organising committee.
-From 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Jury deliberation (3 professional pastry chefs from the town). The score they give will be final.
-From 6 p.m. until 8.30 p.m.: Tasting of 3 pieces of cake and a glass of herbal tea, with a prior donation of 4€ in favour of the Amics Ermita Sant Elm Association. A raffle for a gift will be held for the tasting participants.
-From 8 p.m.: Jury verdict. There will be first, second and third prizes in each category and a special prize for the best fritters.
All contest participants will be given a piece of cake and a glass of herbal tea.
Contestants accept these rules and the jury's verdict.
